UCPN (M) decides to wage struggle

The ruling UCPN (Maoist) has decided to wage struggle if Constituent Assembly (CA) is dissolved without promulgating the constitution or the constitution is promulgated without ensuring federalism.A meeting of the standing committee members close to the party establishment faction held at chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal's residence in Lazimpat also concluded that yesterday's ruling of the Supreme Court to the government not to proceed with the decision to extend the Constituent Assembly (CA) term was wrong.
