Election announcement is against Interim Constitution: Legal eagles

Speaking at an interaction programme in Kathmandu Monday, constitutional experts said the government's decision to hold fresh election of the ConstituentAssembly (CA) in November is unconstitutional. They also claimed that the constitution hasn't anticipated any kind of election without consensus among the political parties.
