Top leaders trying exclude minorities in new constitution, accuses Gurung

Speaking at an interaction in Kathmandu on Sunday, leader of the ruling UCPN (Maoist) Dev Gurung accused the top leaders of the major parties including his own UCPN (Maoist) of trying to promulgate traditional constitution excluding the rights of different castes, classes and minorities.
