Parliamentary committee approves five day deadline for parties to resolve dispute

Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the parliament has approved recommendation of the Constitutional Committee (CC) to give additional five days for the political parties to resolve the disputes seen in the constitution drafting.The BAC meeting held on Wednesday at Constituent Assembly building approved CC's recommendation to extend the deadline for the parties to April 22 to resolve the contentious issues after the leaders failed to forge consensus by April 17.
