Nepali Congress leaders Narahari Acharya and Bal Bahadur K.C were among a dozen people arrested for trying to prevent the Kathmanndu Metropolitan City's bulldozers from demolishing illegally constructions at Gairidhara in Kathmandu Saturday morning.
