The 15th edition of National Flora Expo 2012 kicked off at the Bhrikuti Mandap in the capital onThursday.Inaugurating the expo, Vice-president Paramananda Jha urged the floriculture entrepreneurs to boost the floriculture industry to avoid shortage of flowers in the main festival seasons.
