Nepali Congress vice president Ram Chandra Poudel Monday said his party does not believe Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal's promise made in yesterday's three-party meeting that the UCPN (Maoist) was ready to vacate the cantonments in three weeks. Poudel was speaking with reporters at the NC parliamentary party office, Singha Durbar.
